OGPL has its executive offices and design facilities
located in the heart of Ahmedabad city. It has multiple production
facilities with
state-of-the-art technology at Ambawadi in
Ahmedabad and Changodar (20 km. from Ahmedabad city). The
key facilities range from Idea laboratory, Design Studio,
Pre-press chambers, Print line, Post-press facilities and
Fabrication equipments.
Idea laboratory :
Conceptualization is an important stage demanding
facilities that allow research and brainstorming. A library
of best-known graphic works and internet facilities with online
database at OGPL allows conceptualization that is practical,
contemporary and fits customers' objectives. OGPL has a brainstorming
room where various stakeholders of the packaging value chain
including customers and material suppliers along with OGPL
executives can generate ideas in the right environment.
Design Studio :
Equipped with latest computer hardware and software
applications, OGPL design studio currently has Apple and IBM
machines. Several Design, Illustration, DTP software packages
facilitate the eye-catching graphics.
Upon receiving the complete brief our
studio can put up the first presentation of the concept and
design within 48 hours
Pre-press chambers :
Dust-proof pre-press chambers at OGPL facilitate
plate making, material treatments and color processing. Job
flow planning and production schedules are also prepared here.
Print Line :
Multi color & single color offset printing machines
meet the entire range of printing needs.
Post-press machines :
OGPL has invested in equipments providing post-print
treatments such as Lamination, Embossing, Foil stamping and
Spot/ UV varnishing.
Fabrication tools :
Manual and semi-automatic equipments for cutting, punching,
pasting, give the products that finishing touch with great
precision.
